Returns for Bicycles

Our goal is to ensure that that every Kite owner loves with their bike at first sight, we understand that sometimes our customers may need to return their bicycle. We want to make this process as streamlined and transparent as possible.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We encourage you to assemble, fit, and test your new bike in order to ensure that your new Kite exceeds your expectations. Original owners may return their bike for a full refund at any point during the first 14 days of ownership provided the bike is returned clean and in like new condition, which means it shows no signs of wear.

Your item must be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for ensuring the bike or frame set is returned to us in its original condition.

If you need to make a return, please first contact us to arrange where to send the package. Please note that you will be responsible for your own shipping and related costs when returning your purchase. If you have any questions on how to return your item to us, contact us.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspection. If your return is approved for return, we will initiate a refund via your original method of payment. Please note that the time it takes for you to receive a refund is subject to your payment processor’s refund policies.
